What this map covers
The Medical Freedom Arbitrage Map is a static, open dataset of procedure–jurisdiction access records. It is designed for researchers, clinicians exploring market entry, and patients comparing legal pathways — including right-to-try / expanded access, regulated therapy programs, clinical-trial-only regimes, and prohibitions.
- State law layers: scope of practice, licensure compacts, certificate of need, right to try, regenerative medicine, telehealth, compounding, and more — see the Medical Freedom Maps.
- Unmet need diseases: conditions without approved disease-modifying therapy in the Right-to-Try Compendium.
- Monogenic therapies: approved and pipeline gene therapies in the Gene Therapy Mapper.
