Large registry-based survey following the world's largest documented Q-fever outbreak, measuring long-term fatigue and quality of life 1-2 years after acute illness with the Nijmegen Clinical Screening Instrument. A denominator-defined bacterial (non-viral) post-infectious fatigue cohort. Cross-sectional postal survey design; compared with population norms rather than a concurrent unexposed control.
