Mechanism: Anti-inflammatory, Enrollment: Actual, Enrollment: Estimated, Immunomodulatory
Safety: Very safe; mild GI upset rare. May interact with warfarin (monitor INR). Ubiquinol form preferred for absorption.
Dosing: 100–300 mg/day (often 200 mg); 8–12+ weeks in fatigue studies.
Mitochondrial support, fatigue data in ME/CFS. 100-300mg ubiquinol. Very safe; consider with statins or low intake. Common in supportive regimens.
