Thymectomy in non-thymomatous MG at age <65: 50% more likely to achieve CSR at 3 years vs medical therapy (MGTX trial); eculizumab (ravulizumab): 40% reduction in exacerbations in AChR+ MG; efgartigimod alfa (Vyvgart): 67.7% MG-ADL responders (ADAPT trial); zilucoplan: 53% MG-ADL response (RAISE trial)
